Lol not even your ghost has anything to say. It’s probably just another bug. Isn’t everything steadily been declining in quality the last two years? Ghost is the reason why I play on 0 dialogue volume

Most definitely agree with this. Ghost has always sounded like some condescending narrator for Mickey Mouse Movie Time, circa 1980. It's seriously immersion breaking stuff. Dinklage' take was 1000x better. I know the voice actor responsible has actual skills, no doubt about that. That said, whichever Bungie director told the poor guy to read 'ghost' like a cross between Mr. Rogers and the kid from Home Alone should be dropped on his/her head, repeatedly. #justsaying
