i have an rx6800 and just downloaded the new AMD drivers that came out today 21.6.1 and there is an performance increase. Tower went from 60fps to 100fps and Tangled Shore went from 40fps to 100fps. Tangled Shore does have very minimal stutter. Gpu usage is still low sitting a little above 50% but better than before. The only downside is that these new drivers killed PVP. I get around 150 fps but stutters so bad, worse than the Tangled Shore before the fix. Pvp performance is still the same. Can't even hit 144fps on a control game.

So, no go still? Have a 6800xt and I only played cuz of pvp, bummer, tomorrow will download and test myself

It's defitnetly better now but not 100%. Bungie still isn't done fixing it and AMD already did their part.
