How long did you wait? After a minute or so the harpy should respawn so you can get a new one

I tried for a go 10 minutes trying to get it out. It wasn't going to respawn because it hadn't dropped all the way to the ground. The game technically thought it was still there and able to be taken. Bungie need to fix it so that they can't just fall into that teleport thing like that.
