Absolutely saddening to see that this hasn't been fixed. Bought a new GPU hoping for a bump in performance but I actually get a major downgrade not knowing this was an issue with AMD cards. Tried forcing multi threading but the artifacting was too much especially on tower, as well as every other thing possible. dxdiag is here https://pastebin.com/PunsjPKg
