Absolutely saddening to see that this hasn't been fixed. Bought a new GPU hoping for a bump in performance but I actually get a major downgrade not knowing this was an issue with AMD cards.
Tried forcing multi threading but the artifacting was too much especially on tower, as well as every other thing possible.

It's sad that current gen consoles run this game better than a high end PC, I mean, is this really the priority PC gamers deserve?

Totally agreed, I bought my GPU last month (XFX 6800XT) and the performance is terrible. It looks like one has to jump into the emotionally draining rat race of procuring an nVidia GPU which I might as well do if the progress remains stagnant as it has been. I wonder why Bungie can't reach out to willing users with a Beta / Alpha release of their game / driver to help fix this issue.
