My RX6800 is running pretty well with the 21.5.1 driver. Way better than it did, where I was getting 35fps before I'm getting nearly 75.

Have you checked your gpu gameclock speed in trouble spots? Ever? Many peoples is running half speed, yet only pushing out 40 stuttery fps. Intel and Nvidia also have this, it is not only amds problem.

I've seen it as low as 60% GPU use. On stuttering the GPU went down to basically zero, which to me says there's something freaking out in the game engine.

My 6900XT is twice as fast as my RTX 2080 in other games but still gets under half the fps in Destiny 2 that my 2080 was hitting. Tower should be over 200fps and so should Tangled shore.

Agreed, but at least its playable now. A few weeks ago I was getting 8fps in the Tower...
