Were you game sharing at all? If you can find the purchase in your MS purchase history then you'd need to speak to MS support as they control the licences on your Xbox account and not Bungie.

So, you're saying that I should try uninstalling and re-installing Destiny to restore the license, or that I should go ahead and try going directly to MS support? Also, I was not game sharing, and it doesn't show the purchase on my MS purchase history (it shows on my bank account), although it may have been purchased with a $50 credit that appeared just before it was purchased.
