A PS5 system message will say "Something is wrong." Load the game and say hello to your new beagle! My theory is there is some files that aren't being downloaded, or written or saved fast enough. The PS5 is possibly clearing files from temp, RAM, cache, etc without acquiring new data first. This causes the system to expect data to be there but there is nothing to read at that particular point causing "Problem Reading Game Content." My possible solution would be to add code to the game to wait for new data to be downloaded or written before deleting or clearing the previous data. NOTE: I am no computer wiz or technician so what I am saying could be gibberish.

Hey there. Bungie is aware of this issue and they’re currently working on a long term fix. [quote]We are continuing to investigate BEAGLE errors appearing for PlayStation 5 players. While we investigate, playing the PS4 version or moving your Destiny 2 installation to an external SSD and back to the PS5 may temporarily alleviate this error.
