We don't pay their wages. Bungie pays their own wages.
Anyway, how much storage space did you have when you got this error?

We DO pay their wages. If we don't buy their game or DLCs then they don't have any money. Customers ultimately always pay wages. I had over 400GB of storage space on my PS5 hard drive.
