I've been using the path of burning steps recently and have noticed an inconsistency to it's activation. I don't know if this is intentional or not. I understand that the exotic states that solar final blows will grant you a bonus "periodically" but what does that mean exactly. I can usually gain a stack for every double kill I get regardless of how much time has passed. Other times I either need more than 2 kills, I get a stack a little later than usual, or it doesn't give me a stack at all throughout the 10 seconds it's activated. Maybe I don't understand something but the exotic seems inconsistent. Am I supposed to be able to get to x4 when I'm getting consistent kills or is the exotic supposed to be so random.
