It was mostly because of how I was treated. My boss says i was one of her favorite employees. I knew that was bs because she hated me behind by back. The few male employees who were there didn’t stay employed there for long. -
Makes sense. I’ve worked at two Dollar Trees (the one I worked at closed down, and I got transferred), and they were wildly different experiences. The first was pretty awful, but I like the current one.

She dropped the whole “one of my favorite employees” facade as soon as I gave her my two-weeks notice about 2 months into the job. -
Dollar tree is definitely one of the best and probably rate it 3rd on my top 7 list
