How about we don't give people an excuse to start using Revoker and Mountaintop again?

But what if they wanted to?
-
Let the past stay buried. Especially when it was that un-fun for everyone except the users.
-
Well there is some weapons weapons that can counter it easily, especially because most if them were nerfed. I know island dumb I like The Recluse, for both PvE and PvP.
-
Sunsetting is only a problem if you want to abuse OP gear. Leave the past in the past.
-
I wouldn't want to abuse it like powerful mods and subclasses with Mountaintop and Recluse. If pinnacles did get sunrised I'd almost only use Recluse, i usually pair it with thorn, ace, last Word etc. In PvE I'd use that broken stuff.
-
I mean, using Last Word at all is as crutch as it gets in PvP. :/ That's one gun they never should have buffed.
-
Oh damn really!? I'm on console and I don't normally see last Word, its a gun I main and I have my reasons for that but It might be quite personal. I just think finding a weapon to pair with another weapon is a good thing.
-
Last Word got buffed beyond belief. A buddy of mine who once missed 8 shots in a row aiming right at me picked it up after its most recent buff and was able to 3-tap me from outer Auto Rifle range consistently. It aims itself, has tons of bullet magnetism, and it gets 8 shots and kills in 3, while firing like a full-auto sidearm. On console, it's not AS bad. But it's still PRETTY bad. On PC it's worse cause...yknow...Destiny 2 on PC is just a point-and-click game with excessive graphics.
-
Oh sh1t, I see what you mean, that is terribly broken, no wonder why everyone likes hand cannons so much. I manliy like em because they are kinda small and feel good.
-
They only feel good because of the unnecessary buffs. 120s are cracked beyond belief and have honestly ruined pvp.
-
I do agree about 120's ruining PvP.
-
This would defiantly not bring back the pinnacle weapons.
-
Good. Now let's keep ALL the sunset weapons sunset.
-
So should Bungie re-issue weapons or forget them?
-
Forget them, make new ones instead, put effort into making them balanced and fun.
