So long as Recluse and mountain top stay permanently gone I think its fine.
Honestly i still think sunsetting is good. but not how much they sunset. When more then half of your guns vanish its a bad thing. slowly pulling with something to replace it in the coming season is a good idea. Pulling everything and saying "Deal with it" does not spark joy.

Recluse and Mountaintop were god their in PvE at a point, We can't keep focusing on PvP.

Not... really my point. the idea would be to keep the problematic guns away while revitalizing the old ones. Redo their Perk rolls to repackage them and ship em out.
