Using a macro will not get you banned, as long as it's not a macro to afk/bot there is no issue. Don't use a afk macr/bot in a core playlist you will get kicked and a temp ban from that playlist.

Thank you man. I don't intend on afk macros. I never even did forge afk methods.

Just go with simple macros or for double slug you can modify your cvars.xml file to change your key binds outside of the game to bind multiple actions to the same key (example binding forward, swap weapon, and sprint to a key your not using example 4 to do quick swaps).
