I have an rtx2080 and i78700 and the entire game is unplayable, I have everything on the lowest they could possibly go, and yet I can barely maintain a stable 50 FPS in any activity. Is there anything I can do other than wait? I’ve tried literally everything

Update: i went and deleted the shader cache folder manually, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. After the reinstall it was smooth for a few minutes but then went right back to 30 FPS on any destination
