PS5 Beagle

Please fix the Beagle issue. I have been playing since D1 on my PS4, never had to uninstall and reinstall. Now twice in two weeks with D2 on my PS5. I only have it in my library not on disc, so two hours for this whole process. Also, can you just admit it when YOU are having server issues and not try to blame it on my network setting? Insulting and dishonest.
