The layout is the same. But the orientation of the oracles is reversed. Which is why some have suggested that those inside the portal run to the back so they can see the oracles in the same orientation. Because it simplifies the task. What you are asking people to do may be easy for you, but it is not easy for everyone. It takes a very strong visual and spatial sense to do what you’re asking...in real time...and under pressure. Part of leadership is understanding that people have different strengths and weaknesses and learn in different ways. Then adapting how you operate in order to get the most out of your team and what they bring to the table.
