Done 3 clears with my deaf clan without issues
Try find good clan for end games
I rarely use LFG because they too toxic I try to explain that I am deaf but I can communicate use in game text I get kicked out

In d1 we had a deaf guy on out vog team. He was great. We communicated in emotes and crouching etc. Not everyone is an asshole just ignore the kids that demand clears.

Is their real-time text communication for console or on pc? We didn’t have that ability in d1 on console and couldn’t find a workaround for callouts with a deaf player doing Aksis Challenge. The guy was clearly a good player and knew what he was doing. We tried for two hours and finally had to give up because we couldn’t communicate fast enough. We all felt badly about it. Hopefully Bungie or the console makers have fixed this.

I use pc VoG Console 100x harder than pc for deaf player because there no in game text In Atraks let deaf player use scanner just fellow him no problem or let deaf player fellow scanner all the time

Yeah, I know there are more options on pc. But I was hoping they had made progress on console. 😕

I still remember that night vividly. We got beat over the head with how serious the accessibility problems were on PSN at the time. It made an impression.
