Have you ever considered some people just don't always have the time? For example, i spent hours and hours learning raids. Although I do sherpa time to time. There's also many other things which revolve around my life. Same for many people. This is why I start a new clan at some point. I'll have a dedicated raid teaching day for 3 hours.
