[BUG] 8 Splicer Bounties not rewarding a Pinnacle Engram just a Legendary
The 8 Splicer Bounties you turn in for a Pinnacle engram is only giving a Legendary Engram when it reaches the decoding stage. It may show up as a Pinnacle if it goes to the postmaster but once you take it, it turns into a legendary engram. This is the 2nd week in a row.
