Haha no do you realize how broken that would be on a stasis titan? Titans are meant to be a tanky class even now the dual slide on stasis titan is ridiculous in combination with the new fragments where you can instantly freeze break and gain an overshield all at once you don't need to add twilight garrison into the mix. Not to mention you can only use iccarus dash on one subclass which has an ok super with a need for accuracy. As for no backup plans sure knock yourself out but one-eyed mask is essentially the same thing but better.
