Hi there. First, did season of the hunt and chosen both work for you?
Second, if so, look for any missing seasonal quests in the quest kiosk near the postmaster and double check the postmaster itself.

Hey, I just started playing again for the first time in over a year so I did not play the season of the hunt. The season of the chosen is broken I think, because I am not able to pick up the "decrypt the darkness" quest from the umbral encoder. I played through the main shadowkeep quest, and finished the main beyond light quest and all the side quests for those two all work. The issues I am having are that I cannot play the first splicer quest to get the seasonal artifact and quest for the override key from the servitor and that the season of the chosen mission to complete "decrypt the darkness" is glitched because the "decrypt the darkness" quest does not show up in the umbral encoder.
