I also have that sort of problem but i have another one where i haven't selected Bottomless Grief and it still worked? Though it still doesn't show if you inspect The Swarm.

Absolutely ridiculous. I'm assuming this is a bug caused by them working out origin perks, but if they don't fix it, I will be furious. I spent so much time going for this roll. Unrelenting was vital to my hunter build
