Sadly same, along with all AMD 6000 series users, I myself have what's considered the best GPU on the market right now the 6900 XT Red Devil edition from PowerColor, I suffer from FPS spikes, stuttering, very low GPU utilization, crucible is unplayable with stuttering/freezing every 4 seconds or so, the game runs seriously bad at this point and I was hoping that a new season would bring new fixes especially a critical one like this one, but nope... guess Bungie doesn't care, this issue has been around for over 6 months now.
