Hi there,
Season Passes only grant access to the content of the Season they are purchased in. The pass you purchased was for S13 content, and you will need to purchase a new Season Pass for S14 content.

The intro mission and first Override activity are free for all players, whether they own the Season Pass for Season of the Splicer or not.
