Hello. If you don’t plan on playing D2 on Xbox, it’s better to unlink it from your profile. You can do so by going to Settings > Accounts and Linking. After that, try to cross save again through the companion app.

Now it's giving me this error when I try to unlink my account. [i]"The error code: ErrorCannotLoadLinkedCredential"[/i]

Are you able to sign in with those credentials just fine?

Yes! I'm able to log into the account just fine. So username and password is correct. Yet when I login it just says the error code above.
