The situation seems to be better but not fixed, i get a better framerate with less spikes but in some maps i still get only 80 fps which are also inconstant.
I think Bungie should fix to fix this issue as soon as possible, but thank to your advice the situation seems a bit better but absolutely no fixed.

100% agreed its a bungie or driver issue or even both but I'll at least take less spikes for now
