Icarus Grip No damage buffs whatsoever, no extending the poison duration, no increasing the perfect draw time. Those would absolutely break the weapon and it would get nerfed. Prevent that by giving it something that would actually make it handle better. Leave the buffing catalysts for weapons that actually need them, like Skyburner's Oath (absolute waste of an exotic). All exotics should have a kill tracker, make catalysts for the strongest of them only be a normal perk/mod as the catalyst, otherwise it would make them too powerful.
