Its F2P cause it increases traffic. Increased traffic means more *might* buy the rest of the content. Of course that's not likely cause this game is anything but casual friendly, its hardly even hardcore player friendly. The REAL hope they have is that the increased player traffic means people might spend even just a couple of bucks on Silver as they pass through. If they get some new players who decide to commit to the game that's a bonus, especially since they're likely to buy *MORE* silver later too.
