I'd say make them available the week after the raid comes out, which I think is week 2? So 3 weeks to get up to power, do the new raid, collect new gear. The people that will run the GMs that early will most likely get the other stuff done by then, so they could earn their Conquerer seal/guild it early enough to display it for longer. Either that, or make the guilded seal last until the GMs come out again

Iron Banner comes out on week 3. Hence why players need the extra week to power level. Think of the casual players.

So think of casual players by giving them one less week? All GMs become available after 6 weeks, so making them available sooner isn't thinking of the casuals?

Casual players aren't going to be getting gilded conqueror, and certainly not that early in the season. Regardless it would make sense to wait for the first banner to conclude before GM's drop
