Hello. You already did Trail of the Hunted on your Hunter on May 3rd. You talk to crow afterwards and get the lure and do a hunt and come back to him. In other words, go through his quest line and either crow or spider offers the hawkmoon quest. Forgot who gives it.

I don't have the lure though? and at both Crow and Spider there's no quest. It just says I have to own season of the hunted to click anything.

Do you have beyond light deluxe edition?

nah just the normal one but ive got the season 13 pass

That explains it. You need the deluxe edition to access season 12 activities in which the hawkmoon quest is one of them.
