Honestly. Its trash tiers. If it wasnt for warmind cells... It would be the worst autoriffle in the game considering its perk pool

That seems to be problem with the Seraph weapons. Besides a couple perks, they don't have great pools

Because at that time they decided that nerfing our perk selection was a good way to make ennemies feel stronger. Didnt worked so they gave up i guess (was also an idea of the fat bearded dwarf)

Your roll is a ok tiers roll, i prefer running with any other autoriffle XD. Like for example one with overflaw / swashbuckler like shadowprice Or feeding frenzy/ multikillclip like the iron banner one. Autoriffle REALLY need a damage perk to work in pve, or else they just underperform compared to every weapon type.

It can roll with rampage i dont think i have to say more aside from putting the last wish shader makes it look like a weapon from real life

Oh yeah definitely, The carbine is my favorite AR right now. No rampage but still very useful.
