They are still acquirable, but you’ll only get them once, since they are sunset.

But Horror's Least was a Nightfall weapon. How do I get it?

You’ll have to wait for the Corrupted to be in rotation.

Two seasons passed though. If it's in this season, will I get Horror's Least in the Ordeal? It never dropped for me pre-Beyond Light.

It’s up to chance if it will drop or not, but hopefully it will be in rotation in Season of the Splicer, since we didn’t have any Taken Nightfalls this season.
