serious this outfit is beyond ridiculous and insulting,Destiny is a dark sci-fi game not flipping fortnite,bad enough we got dino and monster armors already,now we got karen coffee klatch armor too? give me freaking break,people bag on year 1 d2 at least we took the mythology seriously,games been literally turned into a meme at this point,seriously who's this for ? sci-fi fans ?nope shooter fans?Nope d1 fans nope,dedicated d1/d2 players like me?nope it's just another way for bungie to CHEAPEN this franchise even futher,what next ?footie pyjamas or e-girl guardians , take this game seriously bungie i'm begging you as a longtime player,also fashion wise it's mismatched metallic gold highheeled cowboy boots with business casual slacks with a sweater vest really ? really?the helmet is the only great piece of this fashion nightmare,no hate but seriously what is this mess

As much as I hate to say it, you're completely correct. I thought this didn't fit in the game, but the Fortnite analogy is perfect. It's just trying to create memes for free advertising, and then since the armour set will almost definitely be in Eververse, it's just a way to make money from kids who think it's funny and buy it for the irony (if it's not I'm not grinding for that whatsoever, and I'm not buying it anyway). I can't see anyone genuinely wanting that armour set unless it's because of the juxtaposition with the destiny universe. It just doesn't fit. And after all the amazing world building in this game to make the story evolve, this really cheapens it. I get that this seems like an overreaction, from myself and the comment above. But this world has been built for over 7 years to be a continuous story, and then there's a sudden completely inappropriate armour set thrown in just to make some money off of children who think it's funny. It does sound like overreacting, but imagine a game set in the medieval period, and for seven years the story is completely accurate, then one day they put a cosmetic item in the game which is a mobile phone. It would ruin any realism and immersion the game had.

Edited by Ms freya calazure: 5/6/2021 11:01:27 PMunfortunately cammax ,bungie does'nt give a flip about d2 anymore they stopped caring soon as beyond light dropped that when my love for this game started fading,my d2 is sadly gone the way of the dodo,first it stopped being a physical disc to being a digital copy,then killing cadye 6 ,then yeeting 4 planets and the characters associated with them,sunsetting 98% of weapons,armor and activities,hell virtually no ongoing story anymore unless you count random cinematic now and then,looking at the upcoming season i'm genuinely shocked theres no legitimate story missions ,just horde mode after horde mode ,hell it's exact same horde mode and bringing back ada-1 ?yay! my huntress will happy to see her love again,but as a seamstress?really?really? the most powerful exo alive a literal walking black armory forge is reduced to a eva levante knockoff,it's a season dedicated to a sewing machine for new clothes.like ada- 1 would give a squat about fashion,hey bungie what about new weapons yes ?the new weapons in the trailer should be from her not mithrax ,hello bungie you set up ada as working with futre war cult and ana to build new black armory /warmind weapons for us to usebut no we get sims 4 fashion dressup .

fair enough rosesquirrel 656,if you like it, all good sincerely but i think it 's utterly ridiculous ,doesn't match the theme of destiny, sure as hell doesn't match v.o.g ,don't get me wrong sweater vest is neat but doesn't fit,the hunter/huntress sticks out like a sore thumb in the trailer.completely out of place there ,less of a guardian more like a cosplayer ,btw cool online name rosesquirrel656.
