Your titan first did "Beyond" back in November, 2019, which means that what you're doing now is not the campaign version of the mission, but instead is the weekly rotating mission, which is why it's not showing the cutscene.
As for Eris, what does it say when you put your cursor over the blue icon?

Oh okay, that makes sense for the cutscene not working, thank you. As for the blue icon, I figured out what the problem was. I needed to pick up a bounty from her to complete another quest. I can't remember exactly what the cursor read but I believe it actually didn't show anything at all. At the very least, it didn't tell me that I needed to pick up a bounty. So sorry it took me so long to respond! Didn't see the notification. Also, sorry I couldn't remember any of the other details.
