Hi there. Cross save transfers all data between platforms except dlcs. Dlcs must be purchased on each platform individually.

Okay, well I also bought the "upgrade to deluxe" on my pc and it still says the same thing,it shoes I have all dlc purchased when I go to the eververse store while on my pc. I'm just wondering why it's saying it requires things like season 12 if I have the deluxe edition

Did you purchase the upgrade before or after activating Cross Save? Did you purchase the Deluxe edition on both platforms?

Did the cross save as soon as I downloaded the game as I could see you can use old characters from different platforms. And yes I had deluxe on both

When did you purchase the Deluxe edition on Xbox? Was that before or after you activated Cross Save and did you ever log in to one of your characters on Xbox after the purchase? When you purchased on Steam, was it before or after Cross Save? Did you make either purchase with a different account than the one your characters are on?

Purchased deluxe edition on xbox after cross save, but I purchased deluxe on pc before cross save and for the last question no, no different accounts

If you purchased on Steam before Cross Save, then those passes were applied to your Steam account, not the Xbox characters. If you purchased on Xbox after Cross Save, then you may just need to log in with your account on Xbox for the passes to be applied.
