Europa Penguins Missing
Trying to complete "Reuniting the Eventide Rookery" Triumph but none of the penguins are available. I've checked my inventory and nothing. Tried depositing them in the room next to Variks and nothing. Tried going back to all the Penguin locations and nothing. Any suggestions?
