Hey,
If you're referring to the Vernal Growth set, neither the cloak nor the leg armor pieces are unlocked in your armor collections, hence why the ornaments didn't unlock.

I acquired them tho. During revelry I ran the set with stompees.

Since the leg ornament wouldn't work on stompees you are probably misremembering what you had unlocked. Do you have any photos or videos with them?

._. I'm just saying I had the whole set. I rocked the cloak during the revelry. For sure. I used new monarchy shaders and it was a great look. After that event the ornaments poofed

They were still armor pieces at that time, though, and they would have remained in your inventory until you decided to delete them. Unfortunately, whether you're misremembering and thinking of a different armor set, or there was some collections glitch that prevented the pieces from being added to your collections, Bungie will not manually unlock the pieces on your account. Your only option is to hope is that the ornaments become available in the future.
