Your entire clan could quit playing and it wouldnt out a dent in bungies playerbase. If you think the people on forums, reddit, twitter, etc actually have a backbone your lying to yourself. 99% of the people complaining right now will be buying the next season pass the day of release.

The “I’ll quit if they don’t do this” mentality is a childish attempt to control what they ultimately never owned in the first place. The amount of time they played holds absolutely zero weight to a BUSINESS. Bungie could have just not given you transmog at all considering it’s an extra feature that is entirely cosmetic. They spent time and resources on implementing it, time and resources that cost money on a system that, if not monetized, would ultimately result in a LOSS of profits. Of course you don’t care about that, as long as you keep getting stuff for free. That’s called being cheap. I, on the other hand, enjoy this game, so I’ll buy some silver and support even though I have zero need for silver. It’s a matter of perspective that isn’t your own, something you don’t understand.
