That one is very awkward to hit the 'scan' spot but there is one for it. As you face it after coming through the Egregore door I found that by going to the left side of it just behind the shoulder I could find the 'scan' spot back there.

Sorry but it doesn't work at all i tried to scan using every spot i can without success
