You would have had to claim them from the pass on each character during the season or in season 10 at the latest. Unfortunately, nothing can be done at this point to claim them.

oh i know that but the thing is i HAD the armor and it just disappeared from my ornaments when i logged in today to play, but i remember playing last night with the helmet and boots on my titan

Are they showing unlocked in collections? Do you have a pic or video showing them on your characters?

i dont have any videos or pictures of me wearing them BUT i do have them in my collection, want me to take a pic?
