  • Stasis has a serious advantage over the light based supers. I agree with him stasis should be pve only, certain stuff should be disabled in pvp because they are not balanced. Any stasis nade can freeze and cancel lightbased supers(broken AF), stasis will beat any light based super as well because it can freeze them. Being frozen or slowed for 1 second in pvp will get you killed. It gives the other guy a serious advantage. So yeah, stasis should ve disabled in pvp , i have made posts about this in the past.

  • Stasis is the only thing in the game that removes all control from players. Nothing else will freeze you leaving you with no option but to die. Smoke grenades might slow you but they are nothing like stasis and the rest of the kit that comes with smoke grenades is usually not worth running.

  • No, a solar, void or arc nade will damage you but it wont kill you and you can avoid them. A stasis nade will freeze/slow you and that is the end of the fight. Cold snap can track and freeze multiple targets. If someone throws it around a corner /a blindspot you cant avoid it. Being frozen in place for the other guy to kill to you.

  • Honestly? That could be interesting. No grenades, no projectile melee, no supers, no dashes or dodges or rifts or barricades... That could definitely be an interesting mode. 100% gunplay.

    Competitive modes like trials should be like this lol, no supers or heavy ammo, op special weapons that people use to cheese should be disabled(telesto, bastion, jotunn ,etc ). Competitive modes should be focused more on gunplay and skill rather than the meta and cheese weapons.
