Kinda confusing but thanks for your science. There are lots of things that don’t add up in this game and Bungie’s lack of in-game explanation is frustrating. For instance- supposedly ‘lightweight’ weapons have ‘hidden’ modifiers that add +10 (or maybe +5 now?) to mobility. Why ‘hidden’? Maybe Bungie just can’t fit enough text info on screen 🤷‍♀️
