Clan Leader Roundtable
Hello fellow Clan Leaders- Just looking to have this thread as an ideas/information exhange to make our respective clans better. I’ll kick off with some questions to help stimulate dialogue.
-What makes your clan successful?
-How do you keep your members engaged?
-What is the one thing you’d like to learn to help your clan?

2 RepliesA successful clan is that which has active, helping, loyal members. Members stay engaged in their own sense, ask for help when needed, help when needed. We have a optional joinable Discord which will plan to maybe 1 day make it requirement. one thing I wished I’d learned earlier was to get more people I trusted involved in things like leadership. We have some close friends In it but they don’t do things like inviting members, interacting with others, etc. so having more people then just yourself is what you want for leadership. Of course make sure their trusted :)
