I respect that, and glad you're happy
But my two cents, and you're welcome to just ignore it, is the following
They were written as sons of the speaker in the beginning, i prefered them being spiritual brothers, and if you have to confirm your characters are gay over twitter then you didn't do a good job of showing it to your players in game

That's fair but, as a gay trans man myself, even back in D1 I felt like saint and osiris had some kind of "other" relationship, that the feelings that they had as far as protecting/fighting together ran deeper than just the surface value. I can't speak for everyone else and it may have just been projecting but I feel like it's a good sign if your LGBT players can recognize that your characters are LGBT as well. But like I said, I can't speak for everyone. ☺️

You know what? I've realized that my issue isn't that they're gay, cuz it never really was and honestly I think both Saint and Osiris work as homosexual characters My ultimate issue was that they were gay for one another. Hell how adorable would saint x Shaxx have been? Idk, just my two cents

Hahahah it's all good my guy! I think saint and osiris work together since it's like the classic brain and brawn relationship but I actually think something like Shaxx and Saint would be adorable mostly because could you just imagine them constantly trying to compete with each other in the crucible 😂 That would be amazing.
