One Fell Strike Triumph Bug
So I'm doing the class specific strike playlist, got the Triumph to appear fairly easily (killing 50 enemies in a long strike isn't that hard), but when I went to collect the Triumph it says that I have no progress on it, and it hasn't gone up after completing another strike.
The Triumph states that you have to defeat 50 combatants in a single strike; since I imagine that the Triumph can be earned in any of the strike playlists, I figured I'd bring it to someone's attention so it can get fixed as soon as possible. It's a little annoying to technically earn a silver medal Triumph and then not be able to actually collect it.

I was able to claim this mid strike. so before the strike finishes check if you have 50. it might be resetting at the end of each strike.
