Except Varriks acknowledged this very same concept. He called the modern day Eliksni Fallen because they [i]have[/i] fallen as a civilization. As the last scribe of the history of them, his opinion counts. Which means the ones who do rise deserve the name Eliksni and the ones who don’t remain Fallen. Also your example isn’t racism. As the standard for good and bad isn’t race but behavior. It makes no difference along racial lines. Unless you, ironically, think that only certain races have criminals and other don’t....

“I don’t like” isn’t the metric. Not even close. Varriks used the cultural standard of his civilization and in his judgment they aren’t worthy of the name. This isn’t a personal dislike or opinion.
