Trials-Matchmaking is the worst thing ever.

Im fully aware of the people that will come after me for posting this. I dont have a problem with general balancing. Destiny will alaways be a game that is unbalanced to some degree and thats part of what seperates it from your "generic competitive shooter". My problem is, that I want to get better, while playing with my friends. But if 9/10 trials matches are against people with flawless and/or Unbroken and several adept weapons, theres just no "experience" to be had to grow my skill off of. Why cant we matchmake people to a similar skill level. SKill Based matchmaking exists and if its currently active, I dont see it working the way it should. I dont want free loot, I dont want easy adept weapons. Adept gear should be a flawless thing with bragging rights. But to me, only playing it for the endgame bounty just isnt fun. I want to have a chance to earn that cool armor and weapons. Just make it accessible. Please.

  • It’s not just trials. It’s all of PvP! Bungies lame lobby balancing algorithm just absolutely kills any chance of players getting half competent teammates. It’s a poor man version of Indirect SBMM. It’s not true CBMM. CBMM is where they pull 12 players together and let them play where they drop. Now it’s find 12 players take the best player in said lobby and put them with the absolute worst players. So either fully turn the old SBMM where we’re all sweating our ballz off or make it truly Connection based PICK ONE OR THE OTHER Because this sh!t Manipulation ain’t working.
