Did you go to emblems and go to the last page of general and re-aquire?
Whenever you redeem an emblem from bungie.net you have to manually pull it from collections before it shows that you found it.

Heyo! I realize I’m a little late to the party, but for what it’s worth, I see the emblem in your collections under flair>emblems>general. Likely after you redeemed it, you just had to log out and back in. Should be there when you log back in.
