We as players want BETTER communication and some ANSWERS from you. To some of us, it seems you can be tone deaf at times.
Why not incorporate some of these ideas?
Just a humble opinion from a guardian who gives a crap. Hope this post doesn’t offend, just objective criticism.

Whoa. Why are you trying to get a content creator hired? They don’t want real jobs, that’s why they are content creators.
I am certain he puts time and effort into his content, you don’t have to tell me that.

I didn’t initiate anything. This isn’t your personal diary, it’s a public forum. If you make a post other forum users can comment, and I made mine. I would be perfectly happy if you read it and moved on with your life never responding or never reading it at all. I reply for fun, I get entertainment watching people dig themselves deeper after going for a dunk and falling on their face. I don’t need to, which is why I won’t ever DM you.
